Fake Stacie Halas Twitter Account Fights Back After Teacher is Accused of Moonlighting in Porn

We kind of like that the Southern California teacher reported to have moonlighted in porn, widely named as Stacie Halas, opened a Twitter account to defend herself.

Too bad it's not really her.

The fake Stacie Halas account has been on a tear against critics and the Oxnard School District, which put the teacher on leave as it investigates the adult-video allegations:

The porn world has embraced her (or, at least the fake her) on Twitter, holding her up as an example of societal hypocrisy and what they believe is the mostly harmless sport known as XXX video.

The teacher was outed by students as an alleged porn star but the school district dropped the ball, reportedly because porn filters prevented officials from tracking down her wonderful work.

Apparently a couple teachers somehow found a workaround (so resourceful) and allegedly discovered the woman, or perhaps someone who looks like her, in flagrante. The Haydock Intermediate School teacher was placed on paid leave last week. But not before she blew the mind of every schoolboy she ever taught.

There's nothing that specifically bans educators from moonlighting in porn, a district official told reporters yesterday. But she still could be fired.

What do you think? Should Stacie be allowed to teach again?

This is so unfair. Stacie Halas does not deserve to be fired because of her past. Her pornography video has not hurt anyone, and obviously, she has not extended this part of herself to the workplace! Celebrities who have sex videos are promoted in our culture, but an educator that actually contributes value to our society is going to go down for this. America, get your priorities straight! Please, more jobs and less irrelevant bullshit! Let her keep her job !!!!

I had miss Halas for science back in 2008 when I was a freshmen at Newbury Park High School her first year of teaching she was the best science teacher I ever had she made it simple my friend found this because he looked through that entire porn sight for 3 months straight it was obviously made when she was in college because the release date was on it and at the time she was 25 it was supposed to stay between me and my friends but it got out and everyone at the school knew well the kids anyway. If you can read this miss Halas I am sorry I told kids about this because you are a fantastic teacher and person it was just one kid looked through that entire porn sight with a lonely summer. we did not think less of her than any other teacher or act any different than any other teacher she just did porn in college and she should not be fired because if it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if she was fired from Newbury, Haydock administration had to know about it when they hired her. Certainly a lot of students knew about it from the time she started at Haydock.Was she really a good teacher? What was her demeanor , like the porn thing never happened? What happened when it came out? Did she just disappear from the classroom one day?

I would think the fake twitter account could fall under the new cyber-bullying law except the user supports the wonderful actress, as do I. Good job, Stacie, keep up the good work.

Should Stacie teach again? She's very passionate and detail-oriented when it comes to biology so why not? Yet with all the publicity, she may not need to.
