The only real question is if being a "distraction" is sufficient cause for termination.Unless she provided the videos to the students or used school material to make thefilms, then what she did was not illegal.  If she made the films prior to working as ateacher there, I'm not sure it could moral turpitude either.

If she made it during her teaching career, I imagine you might be able to consider it"Lewdness" and possibly "Contributing to the delinquency of a minor", but I'm not surethat would hold up in court.

The most reasonable solution would be to have her teaching children young enoughwhere this should not a distraction for them, perhaps 4th grade and lower, or only teaching adults in college.

There is an ethics clause sure. But, that relates to questions asked during the interview process. If there is a specific "ethics" issue then that would relate to something else. I find none here.
