Cortines conflict of interest consultantship with the company, which receives $16 million for bubble sheets and culturally biased test packets from LAUSD annually? She is no less cavalier about Deasy's data driven deference to this racket , which designs teacher evaluations so flawed and unsecured , they dony care if cheating has compromised the integrity of scores, integrity?! Who needs that when you ge $10 per packet for 600,000children ? I'm guessing these cost no more than. $1 each and know nothing in terms of revision or research is implemented to ensure these tests are relevant, accurate and correctly aligned with standards. His history of unethical collusion and hijacked funding is only out done by his recent facillitaing of what we are calling a orofessional holocaust for teachers. He deftly played his bad hand at Miramonte, evading criminal charges and scrutiny for continuing LAUSDs long tradition of protecting and pandering to perverts like Mark Berndt and George Hernadez , whose 3 charges of sexual misconduct at Lausd Spared him at will status as a sub , protected his credential , concealed his crimes and unleashed him on Ingleswood ES s where he abused at least one little girl , became a fugitive and recently added another victim to his list, making me question the double standard Deasy wants to inflict as his minions pour over teacher files to find an excuse to fire yet more teachers, preferably veterans who he's shot down to leave in flames after honored decades of service. Garcia and company have rubber stamped the dismissals , indifferent to the contractual violations, the bogus quality of charges or the devastation Deasy plans to spread in teachers' lives. Clearly he makes up the rules as he goes along and has no qualms about adopting his law above the state's but he was in Sacremento last week testifying about making it easier to fire teachers accused of " egregious" misconduct. All to aware of deference to interpretations and superintendents' propensity for arbitrary practices, TFA expressed concerns about due process, merely a pretense at LAUSD for years . Deasy bristled and sneered " How much due process do child molestors need?" So lost angels I leave you to ponder this question and the disparity in social injustice systems that are presently attempting to extort your money by way of parve taxes , donations to save tv stations we have no use for Deasy's self-professed interest in "human Capitol " as he herds his assets into crowded classrooms for scripted lesson and assures Swiftian satire plays itself out on cable access in tribute to an Orwellian Ideal cooked up vulture philanthropists who are part of the landscape in this teacher's Kafkaesque nightmare. I too am offended by the writer's dismissive comment about all of the weird inbred "stuff" that is supposedly going on in Riverside County. What kind of journalist would even use the word stuff?

That being said, I'm happy to see that Mike Rios' alleged crimes are being brought to light and gaining the attention of a wider audience. He is a sick and twisted man. I truly hope these latest allegations will keep him behind bars where he belongs. He is an embarrassment to Moreno Valley Unified School District and the city of Moreno Valley.

Mostly People who are from MOVAL have the Upmost disgust when describing it. Although Moreno Valley Has it's downs due to the people and their LACK or parenting... It has it's upsides like it was the place were I bought my first home at the age of 21. This town is NOT built for the youth. It is more of a mid 30's and up crowd. Sadly the youth here have NO outlets. That's not the youth's fault... Over all I've been here for about 10 years since I moved here from San Diego and you guys know what??? San Diego is 100times worse than this little town with a bad name. This town is young and still has potential only if the council members see to it. 1 basketball court and a soccer field is not going to cut it either. O yeah, L.A. and Orange county is filled with more "GHETTO/HICK/Crackheads/hookers/Drug Dealers/etc... than Moreno Valley! Lol
