Ride-By Bicycle Groper on The Loose in Santa Monica (Again)

Santa Monica cops are on the lookout for a drive-by attacker who grabs women's butts and flees. Well, drive-by is an exaggeration. This winner is on a bike.
The Santa Monica Police Department put out an alert this week:
They're looking for a guy who did this five times since Jan. 27, according to a statement:

SMPD Sgt. Richard Lewis told NBC Los Angeles:
The suspect just rides up and gropes women.
Sounds to us like a guy who did the exact same thing back in 2010. The SMPD put out this suspect sketch back then, with a similar size description:

The creep in the latest round of attacks was described as Latino, 5 feet, 5 inches to 5 feet, 9 inches with a medium to heavy build and slicked back hair. He was riding a mountain bike in at least one incident cops say.
