Javier was and still is a good guy , with a good head on his shoulders and although he is associated with Bryan that doesn't mean he'd be the one. People hear stories like this and automattically assume the worst of people without actually looking from the inside out.. If you knew him as a person then you'd really know what he's capable of doing and I for one DON'T believe he would do a thing like this. And for all those who put dirt on a name of a stranger deserve exactly what you wish upon him, that's passing judgement and I'm sure if you were in his shoes you'd hate the things being said right now.. so think before you speak ill on others because KARMA is real and she will pay her dues to you one day!

There's a thing called accessory to a crime which makes you guilty if you don't report a crime in progress. If Barnes did it, and Bolden saw it, and then didn't turn Barnes in, then Bolden's guilty of being an accessory. The punishment won't be as rough, but it'll be something. It's a double murder, so there's two sentences. I hope he learns his lesson, and stop being so fucked up or hang out with crazy people.
