Cops say this alleged creep couldn't keep his hands off his workplace cleaning lady.

Michael Jeffrey Dyer was arrested last week for allegedly sexually assaulting the woman at his office in Hermosa Beach, police say.

... locking her in a bathroom and then committing what Hermosa Beach police describe in a statement as "sexual battery:"
The victim repeatedly rejects his offers and is verbally and physically threatened. The victim attempts to leave the business and is followed by the suspect into a bathroom; he then locks the door to prevent her from leaving and assaults her.
According to the department the victim escaped and called 911.
Dyer was tracked down, arrested and jailed on May 16. On May 18, Dyer turned 29, according to the department.
This is not how to treat your cleaning lady.
