Brad Sherman Accuses Howard Berman Supporters of Stealing Campaign Signs

My landlords have a Sherman sign in their front lawn. A Berman canvasser told us that Sherman is misrepresenting his campaign. When my landlord brought up about all those free trips that Berman takes, the canvasser says that's because Berman works hard for his districts. He said that since Sherman supposedly took only one trip, he isn't working hard for the people. "Wouldn't it be better to elect a Congressman that works hard for you instead of sitting around doing nothing?" She said "Perhaps". At that point the Berman canvasser voluntarily attempted to take down the Sherman sign and replace it with a Berman one until my landlady intervened and told him not to touch her sign. Sneaky I say.

Like what some of my colleagues have said, I've been canvassing for Berman too and it's safe to assume the Sherman signs are unwanted so we take as many down as we can and replace them with Berman signs.  

I have also been walking for the campaign since day 1, and the Berman campaign specifically told us never to trash Sherman. And tht is exactly what we have been doing. We reapect Sherman, but since we have started all I hear is Sherman trashing Berman. It seems like a popularity contest back in HS. Not two well reapected Congressmen.I have actially gone to homes where people say tht someone went to their door and asked if they could put up LS. But they didnt kno who SermN waz. So of course they werent gonna support him. If he is playing dirty! ( soorry for the gramatical errors, I am using my phone)

Because Sherman people are sticking lawn signs in peoples lawns without permission. When the walkers go to the door people on a number of occasions and tell US that they filled out a survey and next thing there was a lawn signs. Or when WE knock on doors and tell people that Brad has only passed 3 thats right 3 bills since he has been in congress and 2 were naming post offices, and WE tell them about Bermans accomplishments, people switch sides. Brad is a show pony. He throws a smear campaign about the trips the chair of the house foreign affairs committee. Because he does work. Kinda important to know something about what you are voting on Brad. You never heard about Sherman doing anything until this campaign, Im sure that the Berman campaigns fault right Brad. Even the chair of the committee who approved funding for the 405 (THE CHAIRMAN) said it was Berman who did the heavy lifting, Brad just came to a hearing. Another campaign tactic? Cmon, is that all just a trick to get the medias attention? Look at the record, just take the 10 minutes it takes to look at the record and you will agree that Berman is the only choice and thats why IM WITH HOWARD

Sherman is desperate. He has been running on GIMMICKS this whole campaign.So much so, that I wonder if his real internal polling show him coming in 3rd?

Now I ask, so is this ass clown the man you want representing you in Congress? Is this the man that can bring us our tax dollars back to the valley? Does he have the temperament and maturity to handle important matters without the protection of the statesman, Berman?

  When you get caught stealing, the polite thing to do issimply apologize and return the stolen goods.    

The Berman campaign is sneaky and desparate. They should not be admitting to taking down the signs of an opposing candidate.  Everyone knows a candidate would not put lawn signs on a property unless the property owner approved and requested it.

That said, David Ploufe says: "Lawn signs don't vote."

I am not a voter in the 30th district but I met a woman recently at Gelson's, who, when I apprised her about Sherman photoshopping his mother out of the photo sent to gentiles, she told me to my face that she was going to call the Sherman campaign and demand that her sign be removed by them in protest, or it would find its way into the blue trash bin. She is not Jewish. And she just tosses political mail into the trash, so if she got the mailer sans his mother, she never looked it nor had even heard about it until I informed me.

Haha wow Brad is getting desperate. I work for Howard Berman and we go house to house talking to voters. 8 out of 10 Sherman lawn signs are from households that have no idea who Brad Sherman is and say his people just drop them off. When we talk to the voters, they ask us to take them down. We have a pretty nice collection of unwanted Sherman lawn signs.
