Jade Douglas Harris Charged In Craigslist Murder Rampage
Prosecutors announced that Jade Douglas Harris will face multiple capital murder charges for the Downey attack last week that left three people dead and two wounded.

... opened fire on three people, killing 26-year-old Josimar Rojas and 35-year-old Irene Cardenas Reyes and injuring another woman, the District Attorney's office alleges.
This all happened at United States Fire Protection, a fire extinguisher business in the 8500 Cleta Street, about 11:15 a.m. that day, authorities said.
Harris then allegedly forced 34-year-old Susana Perez Ruelas to take him to a nearby home in the 8700 block of Cleta, where the car was parked, prosecutors said.
There he fatally shot her and opened fire on a 13-year-old boy who survived, according to the D.A.'s office.
Family members told television news stations that the 2010 car was being sold because relatives fell on tough economic times.
Cops said they found Harris, who has robbery convictions on his record, with the car the next day.
Charges, according to a D.A.'s statement issued today, include:

Three counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, three counts of kidnapping for carjacking, three carjacking counts, two kidnapping counts and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.The complaint also includes four special circumstance allegations - murder while lying in wait, murder in the commission of a kidnapping, murder in the commission of a carjacking and killing a witness to a crime. The allegations would make Harris eligible for the death penalty if he is convicted.
Harris was expected to be arraigned today.
