Microsoft is coming to Venice.

The company confirmed to the Weekly that it's leasing space in the beachside community, which is already home to Google offices and those of other tech companies.

Here's what Microsoft's director of consumer communications told us:

Microsoft is delighted to confirm that we are leasing space in Venice. We cannot wait to learn more about this unique community and get to know our new neighbors better.

Where is it? What is it?

It's not immediately clear. Yo! Venice! broke the news and says the offices are at 812 Main Street.

A spokeswoman was trying to confirm that.

Folks are calling the area's growing community of tech businesses Silicon Beach, even though that name was taken by San Diego decades ago.
