California State Senate President Darrell Steinberg Says Pro-Gay Marriage Ballot Measure Could Happen

California State Senate President Darrell Steinberg told the Sacramento Bee that since Democrats hold a super-majority in the state legislature, he would be "open" to using that power by placing a pro-gay marriage initiative on a ballot.

"Depending upon what the Supreme Court might or might not do with Proposition 8," Steinberg told the newspaper, "in coalition with stakeholders and the gay and lesbian leadership, if it were appropriate and necessary to put a repeal of Prop. 8 on the ballot with our two-thirds supermajority, I would be open to that."

Gay rights activists are undoubtedly hoping such a scenario won't play out that way.

A federal judge and federal appeals court have already found that California's Proposition 8, which banned legalized gay marriage in 2008, is unconstitutional. The U.S. Supreme will decide soon if it will hear an appeal from Proposition 8 supporters.

The only way a pro-gay marriage ballot measure would be necessary in California is if the U.S. Supreme Court reverses the federal appeals court's decision. That would be a huge legal blow to the progress of legalizing gay marriage across the country, not just in California.

Still, it's always good to have a Plan B, and Steinberg has certainly provided one.

GAY MARRIAGE OR CHILD PREDATORS IN THE INTERNATIONAL CHILD TRAFFICKING BUSINESS?

The battle for Gay Marriage was escalated when the Children Services and Children’s Courts were supposed to be shut down.

In the late 1990’s, over 3000 Children were brought back from the Middle Eastern countries that had been sent there by the Children’s Services, Family Services and Children’s Courts and Family Courts. These services and courts were a front for the Child Porno and Child sex slavery National and International businesses. The public was told that the Children were being taken into PROTECTIVE CUSTODY. Many of the Children’s workers did not have Children themselves in the Los Angeles Courts, but were willing to take Children from families.

The Children were being used for profiteering and job security, as they passed around the Children to make business.

After the return of the Children to the USA, they were re-united with their families. The Children testified about the sexual abuse from Middle Eastern leaders and others. This was all kept from the public. The Children’s Services were voted to be shut down. Then there was an appeal. They left the Children’s Services and Children’s Courts open and revamped them.

Those who do not have Children wanted to obtain other people’s Children and manipulate them into the Child Trafficking business, National and International.

That is the foundation for the escalation of the promotion of GAY MARRIAGE. It was to empower the CHILD TRAFFICKING BUSINESS and not tell the public. I know this is true as I was the Prosecuting Attorney who was the spokes person who interviewed the Children. There were Senators and Attorneys and elected people in high positions who were raping these unfortunate Children. My Step-daughter was assassinated as she was the Commanding General who gave some of the Military Orders to have the Children taken out of the Middle Eastern countries and returned to the USA. General Anderson was the Commanding General. When they demand Gay Rights, ask----Who killed GENERAL ANDERSON who brought back the Children from the Middle Eastern Countries?

This was also the reason for the 9-11-2001 disaster, because the International Traffickers wanted the Military, especially the ANTI-TERRORIST SPECIAL FORCES out of the USA. They wanted to bring in hoards of people from Foreign Countries to escalate and promote the Child Trafficking Multi-Billion dollar business and pretend that there was terrorism. It is all to cover-up the Trafficking Businesses and further them between the Foreign Countries and the USA. The people were not told the truth. There has been a lot of lives lost on lies.

Do Gays have rights to marry? It is not about marriage, it is about obtaining children for the Child Trafficking Businesses---National and International. They do it by anonymous tipster false reports of targeted children. They work in concert with one another and anyone who speaks out against Gays is targeted. I know, I spoke out. My relatives were murdered because they were Commanding Generals that brought back the Children from the Middle East.

It is OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, SUPPRESSION AND OPPRESSION OF EVIDENCE for the Gays to claim a right to marry when they have not told the truth about the National and International Child Trafficking Business. Ask them!!!
