Former mayor Richard Riordan, who is leading a campaign to pare back L.A.'s public employee pensions, was hospitalized earlier this week after experiencing chest pains.

Riordan, 82, told the Weekly that he called paramedics on Tuesday night after feeling dizzy and experiencing pain in his chest during dinner.

When the paramedics arrived, Riordan said he joked with them about trimming their pensions.

"You guys are gonna hate me over this," he told them.

The paramedics took him to St. John's Health Center in West Los Angeles, where he was kept overnight and given a series of tests. Riordan had a heart attack last December. He said the tests showed he did not have another one.

"I came out perfectly," the mayor said. "They figure it was indigestion."

The L.A. Police Protective League has challenged Riordan to a series of debates over his pension reform initiative. Riordan was non-committal when asked whether he would accept.

"I'm not running for mayor or governor or pope," he said. "The issue is, is the city in desperate shape and should the voters vote in favor of changes, or should they not. Whether they like Dick Riordan or not is irrelevant."

"At the rate we're going," he said, "we're going to be bankrupt by 2017 or before that."

THE PENSION CUTS ARE A VERY GOOD IDEA,  LOTS  OF  JOBS  SHOULD  ALSO  BE  CUT---IF THE TRUTH WERE TOLD.   SET  UP  AN  OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE SO THE PROPERTY OWNERS CAN  TELL  THE TRUTH

There needs to be an “Oversight Committee” and a “Task Force” for people to complain about those Government Employees with jobs that are causing property owners (who own their properties “Free and Clear”) to lose their houses and businesses.

The Cities charged people with “Blight” under REDEVELOPMENT and forced property owners out of their houses by charging them with Crimes in the Criminal Courts and the Judges signed Court Orders to force property owners out of their houses.  The Cities charged property owners with “Nuisance to Abate” and forced people out of their properties with DEVELOPMENT.

The County Health Department made false complaints that property owners were SUBSTANDARD under Health and Safety Code sec. 17980.7 and forced property owners out of their houses and into the streets to live.

The County Animal Control stole dogs and cats from people on anonymous tipster complaints so that the houses could be stolen from the property owners without a dog to protect and bark.

The Los Angeles County Sheriffs sold properties of the property owners who owned property “Free and Clear” and threw them in the streets and resold the properties for profiteering.

Los Angeles County Sheriffs beat people and the victims had no voice and no protection from the Sheriffs and the Police. Then the houses of the victims were stolen and all their documents and proof of Police Brutality, which is an epidemic.   Before you pay the Law Enforcement more from the Tax Payers,  use the money to do something about Police Brutality.

If you set up the “Oversight Committee” on Police Brutality, then all the Officers of the Court, the City, the County Employees who assisted in covering up Police Brutality can also lose their Pensions and their jobs and be prosecuted.

The Code Enforcement went to houses and violated property owner’s rights against illegal Search and Seizure, under the 4th Amendment.  They made false reports to have people taken to Criminal Courts and charged with unfounded crimes.

The Attorneys—Officers of the Court, took jobs against property owners so that they could make huge profits from selling the properties and  throwing property owners in the streets and in Government Detention Facilities—Death Camps  (Rest Homes)

The Building Department refused to give building permits to those property owners that they wanted to steal the houses from.  The Police were the agents of the Building Department.

The Fire Department has made unfounded complaints against property owners to steal properties when the properties are “Grandfathered In.”

These things happened to property owners in Redondo Beach,  Gardena and Palos Verdes and other Cities.  SHOULD CITY AND COUNTY EMPLOYEES MAKE HUGE SALARIES AND PENSIONS WHEN THEY ARE INVOLVED IN STEALING PROPERTIES AND THROWING PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE STREETS?

THE PROBATE COURT IS STEALING PROPERTIES FROM THE ELDERLY AND THROWING THEM IN THE STREETS OR PUTTING THEM IN GOVERNMENT DETENTION FACILITIES AND STRAPPING THEM TO BEDS AND PUTTING FEEDING TUBES IN THEM TO DESTROY THEIR HEALTH, they CAUSE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR DEATHS.

ANY GOVERNMENT  EMPLOYEE  WHO  HAS  PARTICIPATED  IN STEALING  PROPERTIES  FROM  THE TRUE OWNERS  SHOULD  LOSE THEIR  PENSIONS  AND  THEIR JOBS  AND  BE  PROSECUTED.
