Romero is a fucking moron. Both were one-use, AT-4 grenade launchers used by the U.S. Army in anti-tank operations. Both were empty tubes and permanently harmless. What got turned in were hunks of plastic. No rockets were on the inside of either one. They can be bought at many military surplus stores and have even turned up on on eBay. The LAPD's asinine preening over hollow tubes is just as retarded as Romeo's faux outrage. Both could use some lessons on what constitutes a real weapon.

The two "rocket launchers" from this article are just empty tubes. Both are single-use devices, and both had already been used. They cannot be reloaded, are totally harmless, and are perfectly legal to own.

Yeah, those empty rocket tubes are very dangerous (which cannot be reloaded, so it's once and done). Of course, I haven't seen any "automatic weapons" either. Maybe you can tell us all which of your neighbors have "automatic weapons"? Or, better yet, tell the feds, because "automatic weapons" have been banned from private ownership (unless you have a class III Federal Firearms License) since the 1930's.
