Alejandro Razo Accused Of Having Sex With Dead Woman At Sherman Oaks Hospital
A Reseda man was arrested on suspicion of having sex with a dead woman, police say.
The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner planned an autopsy on the body as part of the investigation, but officials at that office said details would not be forthcoming as a result of a security hold.
The suspect was named as 61-year-old Alejandro Razo, cops told us:

... a male nurse allegedly engaged in a sexual acts with a deceased woman and was detained by hospital security.
Yep.
Razo was booked on suspicion of California health and safety code 7052 which says, in part, that ...
... Every person who willfully mutilates, disinters, removes from the place of interment, or commits an act of sexual penetration on, or has sexual contact with, any remains known to be human, without authority of law, is guilty of a felony.
Uh-huh.
Razo was booked by 11 p.m. Sunday night but bailed out at 6:12 a.m. Monday despite $20,000 bail, according to sheriff's inmate records.
The matter, says Eisenman, remains under investigation.
