DUI Checkpoints In North Hollywood, Long Beach This Weekend
The holidays are past us, but local cops aren't letting up on enforcement against drunk drivers.

Despite some dreary weather, police are betting that you'll be dumb enough to become ensnared in one of their checkpoints tonight and tomorrow from the Valley to Long Beach.
Don't be. Here's your DUI checkpoint cheat sheet for the weekend:
-Tonight from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. the LAPD will have a DUI checkpoint set up on Manchester Avenue at Denver Avenue in South Los Angeles.
-Tomorrow (Saturday) from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. the department will have a checkpoint on Victory Boulevard at Laurel Canyon Boulevard in North Hollywood.
-Also tomorrow, Long Beach police will be manning a checkpoint from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. in the department's "West Division area," according to a statement. They wouldn't be any more specific than that (sorry).
Don't say we didn't warn you.
