Meet America's youngest female billionaire.

She lives in a $17.4 million home in the San Gabriel Valley foothill community of Bradbury. She drag races in area NHRA events.

She's reportedly only 30. And she doesn't have a college degree.

She's Lynsi Torres, and ...

... she's the president and heir at In-N-Out Burger, which is said in a Bloomberg profile to be worth $1.1 billion.

Her Snyder family matriarchs and patriarchs who founded the private chain in Baldwin Park (it has spread to Texas but mainly stays close to local supply lines) have died out, leaving the business to Torres.

Bloomberg's story set off a flurry of buzz about the young billionaire on sites such as Gawker and Yahoo! Finance.

Of course, all that cash isn't liquid -- yet. Torres wass scheduled to inherit the whole enchilada in five years. She apparently got a big share of the company when she turned 30 recently.

Speaking of enchilada, is she Latina? Torres, after all, was once named Martinez.

No. We asked In-N-Out's marketing department just that question more than five years ago when this author was a staff writer at the late, great Ciudad magazine.

Lynsi was born a Snyder and got her Spanish surname(s) by marriage, we were told.

Bloomberg says she's been married three times. Her latest man is fellow drag racer and contractor Val Torres Jr. She had two children with ex-hubby Richard Martinez and shares Torres' daughters as stepchildren.

She also has a lot of family descendants named Benjamin waiting for her at the bank.

I cannot STAND In and Out Burgers, much less their CRAPPY, SHITTY, VILE, LOUSY French fries. I have absolutely NO idea what anyone see's with this CRAPPY food. Their fries are just atrocious, and their burgers are just horrible!! The only difference between them and any other piece of shit burger place, is that they are a Liberal company, hence the minority marriage, which the Liberal filth in the mainstream mass media absolutely LOVE and ADORE!!! So they get COLASSOL amounts of special, privileged, excellent, favorable, positive, nepotistic, partial, and preferential treatment, help, hype, spin, support, endorsement, advertisement, and promotion on/in their newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs, TV, radio, news, etc., that most other burgers joints just don’t get, unless they are ultra Liberal. They get tons of FREE advertising, help, promotion, endorsements, and marketing for public consumption. They have received all the notoriety and free publicity, not because they are good, but because they are an ultra Liberal company. SCUM!!

@bluedove4445First time ever I hear such negative remarks about IN-N-OUT. I LOVE this company. So I'm guessing you must be one of those folks who hates all burger chains? If so, I applaud you for eating healthy? If not, then you have a large chunk of research to do. There are several reasons I LOVE IN-N-OUT. FIrst of all, their wages and benefits are BETTER compared to all of the other major burger chains. They pay above the minimum wage and from what I've heard and experienced, they treat their workers with dignity. I myself worked at IN-N-OUT for three years to pay for my tuition and was earning above the minimum wage and received vacation days even though I was only part-time. Second of all, they provide the best quality food. Unlike the other burger chains, IN-N-OUT workers wash, clean, and cut the lettuce, onions, lettuce and potatoes every day. It's all about freshness and good quality food. Obviously, not all IN-N-OUT workers will make the right burger, fries, etc. for the customer/s, but be assured that the company continually stresses HIGH QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE. That's what I was told from our managers when I went to work and that's exactly what I witnessed every day I was at work. Third, I love the way they do business even though this means that they haven't been able to expand throughout the US in states like New York. Each IN-N-OUT restaurant gets its beef from specific commissaries, which are within a 500-miles radius. Since they deliver the fresh ingredients to the stores frequently and because they don't have microwaves or freezers, they can't expand to places like Maryland or Florida, but who knows, they might change this. I hope they don't. Finally, what I appreciate from the company is that they prefer to spend the money that could potentially go towards advertisement on their workers and company's physical appearance. You are mistaken if you think that, "They get tons of FREE adverstising" and "Free publicity, not because they are good, but because they are an ultra Liberal company." I wish you were right in that they would receive FREE advertisement. I don't think IN-N-OUT advertises enough. Their number of advertisements is nothing compared to McDonalds, Jack in the box, and other major burger chains, at least in California and Texas I can attest to that because I've lived in those two states. Finally, you claim IN-N-OUT is a Liberal company??? I wish they were Liberal. They are in fact a Christian company. They have not taken a stance on controversial social issues and I hope that they stay out of such issues. This is my only concern with the company.

We are all ENTITLED to our own opinion so that's why I responded to your comment. I simply could not keep quiet after reading the inaccuracies and false remarks you made about this family owned restaurant.

Have a good day.

Nobody care of her private life & affairs.  But Mrs. Torres - please leave IN-N-OUT just as is. Do not try to revamp it or add some of your styles/tastes to it.  Thank you

Hope she doesn't change In and Out. It's a great place and that is what is all about.

Why has she married so many times. Seems unstable. Please leave In n Out the same.
