Oxycodone Bust From L.A. to Washington Nets 41 Suspects, LAPD Says
LAPD announced a massive drug bust today, stating that 41 people, including 28 in L.A., were in custody for narcotics-related violations.
The department says hundreds of cops, DEA agents and state and local law enforcers served 37 search warrants this morning up and down the Pacific coast:
Of all those arrests, 12 were in Spokane, Wash., and one was in Mountlake Terrace, Wash., according to LAPD.

Members of this ring regularly circulate between Los Angeles and Spokane to fuel their customers' insatiable appetite and pharmaceutical addiction.
The operation stems from federal indictments "relating to the distribution, possession and
attempted possession of oxycodone hydrochloride," states LAPD:
Some of the individuals named in the Indictment face potential mandatory minimum sentences of 20 years in prison.
