According to TMZ, Vanessa Bryant, Kobe Bryant's wife of 10 1/2 years, is filing for divorce from the NBA superstar.

The couple had survived Kobe's cheating ways in 2003, when he was charged with sexual assault at a hotel in Colorado. The charges were dropped in 2004.

But now, Vanessa Bryant is saying that her husband has been unfaithful yet again.

Mayor Villaraigosa Doesn't Seem To Treat His Free-Ticket Outings As 'Official Events'

​Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has seemed confident in his defense of his acceptance of very valuable tickets to happenings including Lakers post-season games, the Oscars and the Grammy Awards. He says as long as he's attending the happenings in his official capacity as L.A.'s top dog, he's allowed to sidestep ethics rules that require him to declare the tickets as gifts, list the price, and say from whom they came.

But Fox 11 News has been all over Villaraigosa like a leggy TV reporter, and this week it reports that it got a hold of the mayor's calendar of official events and that nowhere does the document list such outings:

LAPD Declares 'Unlawful Assembly' As Crowds Amass Near Staples Center Following Lakers Victory

​[Updated at 10:55 p.m.]. Some fans were starting to get out of control Thursday night following the Lakers' 83-79 win over the Boston Celtics. A few people appeared to have been beaten up as unruly men gathered at Flower Street and Olympic Boulevard near Staples Center. Some hooligans attacked vehicles, throwing cones at them and blocking their paths. At one point a late-model Lamborghini was rocked back and forth by fans. At least 20 people were arrested, police said.

​It sounded logical enough. Los Angeles police Chief Charlie Beck warned ruffians to stay away from Staples Center for Thursday night's final game of the NBA championship series between the Lakers and the Celtics. So he implied that people without tickets to the game wouldn't even get close to the Staples Center/LA Live area. Problem is, there are other events happening there, including the Los Angeles Film Festival, which has screenings scheduled at the same time the game will be happening. [Update after the jump].
