As I contemplate all the conservation groups suing the Bush administration for failing to enforce the country's wildlife protection and clean air and water laws, I'm reminded of Bush's "one-fingered victory salute," a video image captured late in his governor years, now being re-circulated by Texans for Truth. This is a good Christian? Or even a good Republican?
