Murder was the Case: LA Homicide No. 255, Man Fatally Stabbed at Comfort Inn in Woodland Hills

A man who was found fatally stabbed in a hotel room in Woodland Hills has been identified as 56-year-old Michael Conoscenti. Conoscenti was discovered in his hotel room at a Comfort Inn in the 20100 block of Ventura Boulevard at 9:30 am October 27.

That man had a name! That man was loved!! That man was Michael Conoscenti (a.k.a Damien Michaels)that man was someone!He wasnt a bum just living hotel to hotel.No he acomplished great things in which many people dream of acomplishing.He starred in over 2000 adult films,he owned and ran a mansion in the hills.So, we had a string of bad luck although we were just barley comeing out of the hole we were in. Starting with the house we had finally aquired.We were going to move into our new house that morning.as well as beginning the playboy show.Micheal was just beginning the reel to the show playboy was going to buy.He was about to start shooting for the pilot playboy reality show "Mrs.California Stripper"that he created. Damien had many great ideas,hed accomplished a lot in his short life,but it was just really starting to come together he won two American Music Awards he was a beautiful musician,actor,and an all around talanted man, A genius of a man who could get anyone to do whatever he wanted all the while leaving you to think it was your idea to do it in the first place. He had a gift.It was an art As Damien was the artist. He painted his life the way he wanted it and added the people he wanted to his painting of life,His life.And thats another reason this is so hard to believe,Damien would never put himself in harms way. Why would someone do this?Sure he pissed people off but doesnt everyone??!!!For someone to murder him,to take his life is a little heavy. This person or these people,whoever it was that took his life took not only his life but mine as well.Whoever did this stole from anyone who ever loved Damien.
"You took my purpose,my happiness,my life because you see, Damien was my life Im lost without him and i owe it too "you"!!Whoever "you" are or too "them" whoever "they" are"!Damien was an art,the best thing that ever happened to me,He had a heart of gold and was to trusting and to helpful to the point of always being used or taken advantage of.I have to get these words out because if I stand for nothing I will fall for anything And I believe Damiens voice "MUST" be heard one way or another. Damien is loved and will be missed beyond belief. Damien; I love you and will always love you more then anything in this world more then life!!AlwaysNforeveryours; Courtney PLEASE LET JUSTICE BE SERVED PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND GO AND FIND HIS KILLERS!!!!!!!!!!Not for nothing this isnt some vagrant or homeless bum Damien was larger then life!

I knew Damien pretty well. Although we had our fair share of problems and fights, he did have a good heart and was a caring man , especially for those he loved. And when he loved, he really loved,…..the only way he knew how. I realize he didn’t always make good choices, and had a talent for pissing people off. He didn’t exactly have the best reputation, and he always had a good line of shit to per-sway others in his favor. He was just a man that wanted to do big things , but the easy way. A man trying to get by in life in hopes of making it big, some , some way. Was he a bit of a con- man? Yes. Did he deserve to be robbed of a future? No.
My heart goes out to his girlfriend. It brings me great joy to know that Damien was loved, and I am sure he loved her too. He was one of the most talented men I have ever known when it came to his music. And those words will live on forever.

As for him being abusive and getting people hooked on crack,… first I think that people need to take responsibility for their own choices in life and not blame others. I know that he was there for me when I really needed support and he kept me sober for a long time, and without his support , friendship, love and understanding I would not have made the way I did. I am just sorry I wasn’t ever able to tell him this myself.

COURTNEY: DON’T LET OTHERS VIEWS TARNISH WHAT YOU SAW IN HIM AND KNOW TO BE TRUE. I AM SURE IT WAS EXACTLY HOW YOU FELT IT WS BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU. YOU WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS ALONG WITH DAMIEN, MAY HE REST IN PEACE. HE IS IN A BETTER PLACE AND YOU TWO WILL BE TOGETHER AGAIN. KNOW IN YOUR HEART THAT WHAT GOES AROUND DOES IN FACT COME AROUND AND WHOEVER DID THIS WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE AS WELL. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE LIFE FROM ANYONE.
