Ricardo Contreras was discovered by another real estate agent who was preparing to show the 1,900-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bath house at 8917 Kittyhawk Avenue to a potential buyer about 7 pm on Saturday night.

Victim: Ricardo Contreras

According to police reports, the real estate agent couldn't find the key for the door in the lock box so went with the client to the backyard and found a broken window. Inside, they found the body of Contreras on the living room floor. He was stabbed multiple times.

According to media reports, Contreras was not robbed.

Contreras had been missing since Tuesday evening when he didn't come home after work. His family had put out fliers in an attempt to find the father of five. The house is priced at $539,000 and listed by Modern Realty Co., which specializes in foreclosures and bank-owned properties.

Monica Sandoval says:

I believe that just because Ricardo’s sister committed a crime, he should not be tied to sister’s story. He needs his own story of this terrible crime and someone out there is free that is putting our society in danger.
His great lost to his children and wife. Can you interview the children later so see how the children are coping with this lost and trauma? The public will have a different feeling on this case. You the media have focus more on the negative side of the sister’s story.
If one of my family members commits a crime, I should not liable for their actions.

Something is not right in this story he was missing since Tuesday. There was no missing police report. They put out Fliers but no Missing Police Report. Is there something wrong with this? I am not a detective but I would looking into a family member doing this. Who was the client he was showing the house to? Where is he or She ?

Are you serious? says:

The only reason his sister's case is relevant to his murder is that he was the one who notarized all the fraudulent documents. Don't you think a history of fraudulent activity might shed some light on the character of the man and how he may have been conducting business recently.

Invest in Real Estate says:

Real estate investing is not a hobby and it’s not a game. It is, however, a slam-dunk, dead-serious, rock-solid way of making money when you learn the ropes. And it just may be the easiest way you have ever earned a living.
