Murder Was the Case: L.A. Homicide No. 141: Teen Gunned Down Walking to Bus Stop

An 18-year-old male was gunned down while walking to meet a friend at a bus stop located on 54th Street and Western Avenue, on June 25.
According to police reports, two male suspects were sitting in a small mid-size vehicle when they shot Jessie Jackson as he was walking westbound on 55th Street towards Western Avenue. Jackson was rushed to a hospital where he died the next day.
