I am sure that cop did what he had to do to save his own life. I feel sorry for the cop and Pedros family. If those to boys hadn't been doing something stupid, this never would have happened. The other guy ran because he was guilty. Pedro should have held his hands in the air and surrendered to the cop. he would not have been shot. It is a sad situation all around.

That poor cop has to live with the horror of killing Pedro. I feel bad for the cop and for Pedro's family. The guy that fled didn't help matters. If he was not guilty of something he would not have fled. Too bad pedro did not put his hands in the air and surrender, he would be alive today. God Bless his family!

Questions: WHAT IF the policeman was running TOWARD Pedro and took his weapon out of his gun holster and immediately opened fire without calling out warning to the suspect that he would open fire? Explain to me, under what circumstances would anyone, including a trained officer, run toward an armed suspect?

Opinion: Neither party acted appropriately at the expense of Pedro's life.
