A 27-year-old male was found dead on the corner of Pico Boulevard and South Concord Street on July 9.
At first, officers, who discovered Jacob Jacobo on the street at 5:30 a.m., were not certain whether he shot himself or was gunned down. His death was later ruled a homicide by the coroner's office.
