Here in the SF Bay Area, Doron Weinberg is regarded as a highly effective trial lawyer, whose stong suit is argument.

I don't think this is over because, after being dragged into the Phil Spector "insanity" by the District Attorney, I have asked Phil Spector to join me in a lawsuit against the District Attorney and others. I want to know who placed an anonymous tip about my friendship with Mr. Spector and precisely what the DA's investigator thought he was doing when he came to my house - about a time when I left my car at Phillip's house and was not there. I, and others, believe Mr. Spector has been set up by the District Attorney and I am wondering why so many people find it difficult to believe that a woman who mixed alcohol and vicodin couldn't endanger her own life and Phil Spector's life. And then, there are Baby Doll Gibson's allegations that she was a prostitute who liked to play with guns.

Beyond that, my former partner - Leonard Cohen, appears to have perjured himself in the Phil Spector secret grand jury. Surely the detectives I met must have questions of their own - from their interview with him: after all, Cohen himself told me that he confirmed for them that his comments to the newsmedia about Phillip, over the years, were good rock 'n roll stories. What would cause him to change his mind? Perhaps the fact that rather than participating in his fraudulent lawsuit (with fraudulent financials attached) I went to the IRS about his tax fraud that I was told is criminal. I know I was threatened by the DA's investigator when I dared to file a complaint stating Cohen had defrauded me (of millions) and the U.S. government. This must have upset them - after all, he was their witness. And then, Diane Ogden (a witness in this matter who seemingly died of a drug overdose) appears to have lied as well. I worked for Phil Spector in 1988 and 1989 when she said she did.

I don't know if petulance enters into this insanity but I believe this: if the story sounds "crazy" that's because there are deranged people here, with rotten logic, who should be facing criminal charges and priso.

Nothing about the DA office should come as a shock to anyone that has been in a California court. This B?S? expands through every law enforcement agency. Only when you have dollor for dollar can you defind your self in any kind of criminal case. I was a victem of the CHP's Special Investigation team operation out of the Vermount based station here in Los Angeles were an Officer CHP decided he wanted my restored 1969 chevy camero and took it. Even when it was proven that the officer had taken that car. It turned into a massive cover up by his superving officer. People who knew about it homes were searched without warrents. They were folowed and pulled over an harrased. One was even taken to jail and heard the officers telling the jailer to lose this person's paperwork so the person could get lost in the system. Yes, anything is possible with the DA's office along with the law enforcement agencys.

Kelley Lynch: I have done a bit more reading on your story today, and after I read that you said the SWAT team was sent to your house and you were taken to King Drew, when in reality who showed up at your house was the sheriff who was there to take Leonard C's belongings that you stole from him and which he rightfully won back in a court of law, I realized that you really do have a clinically diagnosable mental illness. Get your stories and your facts straight. A SWAT Team came to my house, held me hostage, took me to King Drew, questioned me about Phil Spector, and the entire file is falsified. Would you like me to email you the falsified King Drew file? The Sheriff's Department came to my house (and an attorney told me it was probably illegal) and "confiscated" documents that I had stored for years in my garage for Cohen - after moving my office from NYC. Cohen's lawyer wanted to review documents relating to his off-shore holding accounts, two to three social security numbers, etc. These documents were being sent to the IRS Commissioner's Staff in Washington.

So you know Phil Spector and you're playing coy. You still need to get your facts straight.

Actually, I think any woman that understands I was taken to Killer King and questioned about Phil Spector en route (only to find that the entire file was falsified) should have the nerve to ask me to see the report. I have offered this to Donna Clarkson through her attorney. I do not care if you have lost interest in "talking" to me - if you can call your frivolous and uninformed postings "talking." I believe Lana Clarkson committed suicide. I believe there is more than ample expert testimony supporting this. Therefore, I - as a Mother - believe Donna Clarkson (who pushed for "homicide") is the person primarily responsible for what has happened to her daughter's reputation. This is indeed at the heart of this matter. I also believe that there is an innocent man here and people have a responsibility to look at the truth, the evidence, and - at this time, examine precisely who there daughter was. A convicted Hollywood madam has been subpoenaed to testify at the murder trial of Phil Spector, signaling a possible shift in tactics by the defense, which had promised not to "besmirch" slain actress Lana Clarkson.

Defense attorneys told the jury during opening statements last month that they planned to rely on forensics science to show that Clarkson shot herself four years ago in Spector's Alhambra mansion. Bruce Cutler, Spector's lead lawyer, said at the time, "I'm not casting aspersions, I wouldn't do it. It's not right."

But plans to call Jody "Babydol" Gibson, who served 22 months in prison for running an international prostitution ring, suggest the defense is considering another direction. Gibson, in her memoir "Secrets of a Hollywood Super Madam," wrote that she sent a tall, blond call girl named "Alana" to the Bel-Air Hotel to service a Texas politician. "Unfortunately, this gal would make headlines in the news years later after being found murdered in the home of a wealthy record producer," Gibson said in the book.

USC law professor Jean Rosenbluth, who has been watching the trial, said Gibson could testify about things she discussed with Clarkson before her death, including the actress' emotional state. But simply accusing her of working as a prostitute is unlikely to be deemed relevant, Rosenbluth said.

Dirtying up the victim is a timeworn, if risky, defense strategy, particularly when the victim is a woman. In the Robert Blake murder case, for example, the defense used allegations that the victim was a con woman to help win Blake's acquittal, Rosenbluth said.

"Jurors are emotional people, more easily swayed by their sympathies than judges," she said.

Gibson's appearance is far from certain. Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler has not yet ruled whether she can testify, lawyers said.

Roger J. Rosen, one of Spector's attorneys, said Gibson is on the witness list, but "we don't know if we're going to call her yet." He declined to say what she might testify about.

District attorney's office spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said she could not yet say whether prosecutors would oppose letting her testify. Gibson declined to comment. Her attorney, Sammy Weiss, would not discuss what she might say in court. Roderick Lindblom, an attorney for Clarkson's mother, Donna, also declined to comment.

Clarkson, 40, was found shot in the mouth Feb. 3, 2003, in the foyer of the music producer's home. Spector, 67, has pleaded not guilty and remains free on $1-million bail.

The statuesque blond had performed in such low-budget films as Roger Corman's "Barbarian Queen" and did work in commercials and television, including episodes of "Silk Stalkings" and "Knight Rider."

Clarkson met Spector the night of the shooting at the House of Blues in West Hollywood and agreed to accompany him home for a drink, prosecutors have said. Clarkson, her career on the wane, had taken a hostess job in the nightclub's VIP room just three weeks before she was shot.

A call girl named "Alana" and "Lana Cl" is listed in Gibson's "trick book" -- a collection of handwritten phone books and payment logs used as evidence in her 2000 trial and later unsealed by the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The Spector jury returns to court today to hear prosecution witnesses. Expected to testify is Stephanie Jennings, a photographer who said Spector threatened her with a gun in 1995.

Jurors were off Tuesday, as lawyers argued over evidence issues, including whether defense lawyers promptly turned over copies of photographs and witness statements to prosecutors, as required. Fidler said the defense did not act in a timely fashion, but said he would put off deciding on possible sanctions until he sees how important the evidence was.

Caroline - Read the entire article. What I'd like to know now, from Baby Doll Gibson, is did Clarkson play with guns? That doesn't dirty up Clarkson but may explain elements of her personality that the jury was not permitted to hear - such as "she's reckless."

A starlet is found dead in February, 2003 and, more than six years later, a music legend is convicted of murdering her.

(AP) A well-known madam made a surprise appearance at Phil Spector's murder trial Wednesday, and the judge ordered her to keep quiet about anything related to shooting victim Lana Clarkson or the case.

Jody "Babydol" Gibson, blond hair falling to her waist and wearing an extremely short miniskirt suit with a plunging neckline, appeared before Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler, who has ruled that for now the defense may not call her as a witness.

Gibson, who was convicted in 2000 of pimping, would claim that Clarkson worked for her. The prosecution contends that an entry in her "black book" would be used to support the claim is a forgery.

With jurors sent out of the courtroom, Gibson and her attorney argued that she should be allowed to talk to the media and promote an upcoming book about her life.

The judge said she remained a potential witness, and all witnesses have been ordered to not talk to the media.

"Especially because your testimony at this point is inadmissible," he added, "it would be nothing but an attempt in my view to influence the jury. Even though they are under an order not to read articles, the possibility exists that they do."

Spector, 67, is accused of shooting Clarkson in the mouth on Feb. 3, 2003, after she went home with him from her job as a nightclub hostess. Clarkson, 40, was a struggling actress most famous for her role in the 1985 cult film "Barbarian Queen."

The courtroom confrontation, which interrupted testimony by a defense forensic expert on blood spatter, was sparked by Gibson's decision to send e-mails to the media denouncing the court for keeping her off the witness stand.

She told the judge her objective "was never to disrespect the court," but she thought she had been completely excused.

The judge sternly told her: "You may not in any way, shape, form, touch upon, come close to, or talk about Lana Clarkson or anything dealing with the Phil Spector case. Other than that you're free to talk about what you want," he said, warning that she could be held in contempt.

During the appearance, Spector attorney Roger Rosen told the judge the defense did not intend to call Gibson because of his earlier ruling against her testimony.

The judge interrupted and said his ruling was that unless Spector testified and his testimony touched on Gibson, she would be irrelevant.

"Are you saying Mr. Spector is not going to testify?" asked the judge.

"I am not prepared to make that statement at this time," Rosen said.

"If Mr. Spector testifies, her testimony might become relevant," the judge said.

Rosen noted that the defense had given the court material outlining information Gibson could provide about Clarkson, but that the judge had ruled it out.

Fidler said he had received material and had placed it under seal. He has said her testimony would not only be prejudicial, but would be hurtful to Clarkson's family.

My problems will be on the forefront of my mind when I litigate my issues with Leonard Norman Cohen - primarily, the fact that he targeted my children and defrauded me of millions. The IRS is perfectly capable of investigating him on their own - as is the State of Kentucky. Someone suggested, last night, that Cohen should be reported to the Canadian authorities as well ... as it seems he has a lifelong history of tax fraud in two countries.

Phil Spector's attorneys can handle what I believe is perjury - by Leonard Cohen - in the Phil Spector matter. The detectives I met must recall that Cohen told him his comments about Phil Spector, over the years, were good rock 'n roll comments. I personally am curious to see what Danny and David Kessle recall of those recording sessions - as they were there. I, and others, look forward to hearing more from Baby Doll Gibson about Clarkson. After all, if she was a prostitute that played kinky games with guns that's relevant.

Trust me - you're talking to a brick wall and this is not a game. Phillip killed no one. Clarkson committed suicide. The evidence speaks for itself.

An Open Letter From Phil Spector To A Good Friend.

I had no voice the day I was sentenced in court on May 30th 2009 due to throat papalomas I had removed 3-days earlier on the 27th.of May. It left me with no voice. I was indeed very upset because when I was asked to address the court, I could not speak for I had no voice. What I wanted to say follows: Be it known that I, Phillip Spector had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the death of Lana Clarkson. And irrefutable science and five of the greatest, most famous forensic scientists all swore under oath that Ms. Clarkson died of a self inflicted gun shot wound, a suicide. They swore by irrefutable science. And while juries and judges lie and make mistakes, science and DNA do not. When their scientific findings and words were ignored is a mystery to me, and hopefully will not be ignored by the appellate court. And I shall return.

But let it also be known that there IS a murderer in the court room and it is NOT Phil Spector, it is Alan Jackson. During the trial he murdered the truth, ,he murdered the constitution, he murdered the law, and he murdered my reputation, and he should not go unpunished for his dastardly deeds. He used his five little “groupies” women, one of whom recently overdosed and died from drugs, and could not be here to testify to slander and lie about me, and victimize me so that he could get his conviction without any scientific proof whatsoever. That’s because he had none. He lied and cheated and double crossed that before along with his cohort Truc Doe whenever they got to it, yes my friends, HE is the real murderer. But, what goes around comes around. And the appellate court will see through his chicanery and smoke and mirrors, and false law and overturn my conviction, and then I will be back stronger than ever, a free man as I should be. Until then, POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

For the record, I have no idea if Donna Clarkson is skanky and I could care less. I heard Sprocket was her mouth-piece (by an investigator and former Chicago police officer). He's the same one who thought Juror #9 from the first trial was on Sprocket's Blog. He thought Sprocket was a liar who twisted the facts. In any event, perhaps Donna Clarkson should speak to Baby Doll Gibson. I absolutely want to hear more about whether or not Clarkson was a prostitute who played kinky games with guns. That is extremely relevant. Crucial actually. The fact that Fidler wanted to force Phil Spector to take the stand and testify in his trial in order to call Baby Doll Gibson as a witness is shocking. It's a n egregious 5th Amendment violation. Are you telling me Fidler doesn't know this? I guess he didn't realize his psychotic jury instructions, that he withdrew, changed the jurors minds and no one will ever know what the verdict would have actually been without those instructions. This trial should be studied in law schools across America. It is an example of absolute insanity, judicial and prosecutorial misconduct, possible jury misconduct, law enforcement misconduct, and some of the most vile tactics known to mankind. These are my personal opinions.

I think Bill Pavelic's allegations should be investigated by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation. If he is publicly alleging that LAPD retaliated against him, Dr. Henry Lee and Dr. Michael Baden for OJ - that's heavy and frightening. People do realize that the "District Attorney" wanted to nail a celebrity. One must wonder about the guilty verdict. One must also wonder why forensic science was willfully ignored. Fidler himself said the prosecution was going down a "dangerous legal path" with respect to the five women Phil Spector called "groupies." That means Fidler knew it was dangerous and permitted it. That statement needs to be investigated. Obviously. Perhaps that's why some people think the judge himself should be held accountable for what has happened to Phil Spector. I agree.

Sweet Caroline, my problems are in the forefront of my mind - particularly as my children have been targeted. I have asked the IRS and FBI to investigate that ... including as it relates to Stephen Gianelli-Blogonaut, Alan Jackson, Pat Dixon, Leonard Cohen's legal team, Michelle Blaine, and others - Gianelli-Blogonaut confirmed these communications and I have seen his/Belark's posts on Blaine's mControl Blog and Blaine's posts on his Blog.

No one with a brain thinks the IRS Commissioner's Staff, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Agent Sopko-Treasury, and others, are copied in on my emails (some - such as the IRS Commissioner's Staff - since 2005) documenting the destruction of my life since reporting the accusations that Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud. I was offered, by Robert Kory (Cohen's lawyer), 50% community property and anything I wanted by another party communicating with Cohen and Kory. Kory himself confirmed this for me as did others. Cohen and Kory should be aware that Dale Burgess, my former accountant, witnessed this offer and advised me to confirm (for the IRS and Treasury agents I met) that he recalled this offer and wanted me to tell them that my lawyers knew this was criminal tax fraud. That makes me wonder why they wanted to figure in a settlement amount (with Cohen) for my exposure (as an unwitting pawn) to Cohen's criminal tax fraud.

It's time to get real. For the record, I have no team and Clarkson shot herself. The evidence proves this and that's precisely what Phil Spector told me when we had dinner together after the incident in Beverly Hills. Brian Bennett, the DA's investigator, knows that I saw Phil Spector after the incident. He took one of the faxes Phillip sent me and has not returned it. That is shameless and it is evidence of nothing. No one but Phil Spector witnessed Clarkson shoot herself - that includes the driver who has changed his story approximately 8 times and apparently perjured himself 4 times in Immigration documents. I am waiting to hear why Immigration has not deported him.
