The networks and Fox News have projected Hillary Clinton as the winner in California, with huge leads among Latinos, Asians and, to a lesser degree, women. The projection came only about an hour and fifteen minutes after the polls closed, and indicated that Clinton also did very well among absentee voters.
Now the Democratic Party will have to slog it out to determine how many delegates Clinton and Barack Obama are awarded from California, using a bewildering system that even Democratic leaders have had trouble explaining to the media this week.

Way to go early voters. Were you really so busy in your life you couldn't just vote today - and therefore vote for a candidate that was actually IN THE RACE??
