Seen in Vegas, the city where nothing is too strange, too expensive, or too extravagant: Monorail Water. A sweet, crisp, light-bodied water, with notes of carbon monoxide, aluminum shavings, exhaust fume, and pit boss smoke. Pairs well with one-night-stands, financial ruin or unexpected windfall. In between tea tastings and tea workshops and running to the restroom to pee at the World Tea Expo, I had opportunity to ride the Las Vegas monorail and happened upon this bizarre piece of marketing. Monorail Pure Mountain Spring Water retails for $2.
