Top Bartender Reality Show Casting Call Tomorrow: Give It Your Best On the Rocks
The casting call for contestants for season two of the Absolut vodka and LX.TV/NBC reality series "On the Rocks: The Search for America's Top Bartender" is being held tomorrow at Seven Grand. The winner will head to Las Vegas with seven other regional finalists to battle it out with an ice pick for the $100,000 prize (think of it as seed money for the bar of your dreams). The caveat: you must currently be employed as a bartender to audition. The good news is part-time work at your neighborhood dive bar counts, so half of Los Angeles should still be eligible.

Last year, Ashley Humston from The Edison made it into the finals but lost to Amanda Gager from Michael Mina's StripSteak in Las Vegas. Gager will be one of the competition judges this year. If you know the other splash vs. dash arbitrators with the golden vote in tomorrow's competition, do spill the Beams.
