Need a vacation after your vacation? Sure, we have our own beaches, but a Mexican coastal resort town sounds pretty good right about now. You can win a free trip to this lovely Ixtapa beach, in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, courtesy of the owners of the newly-opened Ix tapa Cantina in Pasadena. The restaurant had a soft opening last week, and will officially open tomorrow night at 9 p.m. To enter the contest, visit the restaurant's blog. (Cute, eh?) You can enter as many times as you want before this Friday. And hey, if you don't win, there's always Venice beach. You can probably get Ix Tapa's queso fundido and chiles relleno to go.
