Bite Bar & Bakery Open In Santa Monica For Breakfast and Lunch: Dinner, Wine Bar Forthcoming
Bite Bar & Bakery in Santa Monica is entering into its third week since opening their doors, but are still considering themselves to be in preview mode. Their first week began with breakfast and last week they were able to expand to lunch service. Dinner and a wine bar are in the works (license is on the way), with the hope that they will become available in the next week or two.
The seasonal and market-driven restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Elizabeth Goel, who began her studies at the French Culinary Institute in New York and has since worked as a caterer and appeared on Food Network Challenge: Big Bash Caterers, in which she came in a very-close second place.
