If you spent your entire life trying to eat all the Asian noodles dishes in Los Angeles, you would certainly die a failure. Happily sated and carb-loaded, but a failure nonetheless. Just as you began to make headway, restaurants would close, others would open, and new dishes would appear faster than a single person could eat them. But just because it would be a Sisyphean effort, it doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy as many as possible -- or at the very least, look at pictures of them.
