Yes, finally, all you food people on Twitter have what is perhaps your ultimate validation, at least until Ferran Adrià starts tweeting recipes in Spanish haikus. Thomas Keller has joined Twitter. His first tweet -- @Chef_Keller; go look it up -- went out this afternoon. According to his PR firm, "regular postings will encompass a range of topics, from new updates and offerings within his restaurants; to up-to-date news on the Bocuse d'Or Team USA; to seasonal ingredient recommendations and more." Hear that? And more. Knock yourself out retweeting. Oh and yes, if you're wondering, we just called and verified that the chef (The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon) will be tweeting himself.
