Should food trucks be given health inspection letter grades? The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will meet next week to consider whether food trucks should be given the same health grades that Los Angeles County restaurants are currently given. Letter grading has been in effect for L.A. County restaurants since 1998, and New York City recently adopted the practice. Read more in Dennis Romero's story.
