The Thrillist Best of the Best Food Truck Rally
We've been talking a lot about the best things in L.A. recently (pickled eggs, marmalade, and even cookbook store, to name a few) but Thrillist is honing in on choosing the best food truck, a title they'll give out this Saturday at the Best of the Best Food Truck Rally.

They've narrowed the race down to five: Dante Fried Chicken, the Dim Sum Truck, Frysmith, the new baconsplosion that is Lardon, and the supersized World Fare BUStaurant. Enjoy free samples of food truck fare as well as free drinks while you decide who to vote for, which you'll do on site via Twitter.
If nothing else, this is probably the most reasonably priced food truck event out there. Admission is simply a $5 donation which will benefit Meals on Wheels West. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and are available on the Thrillist website.
