Bottega Louie Building on the Auction Block

If you've got several million dollars to spare, you could be Bottega Louie's next landlord.

Located at the corner of 7th St. and Grand Ave., the 80-unit Brockman Building houses the loudest restaurant in downtown L.A. but not much else.

After nearly 20 months in bankruptcy court, the 80-unit Beaux Arts building heads to the auction block for a foreclosure sale on Dec. 30., reports the Downtown News.

Show up early at the Los Angeles County Superior Court building in Norwalk, and bring a checkbook. If no bidder matches or exceeds Bank of America's $35 million loan on the project, the bank would retain ownership and probably prepare the building for a private sale.
