What To Eat During the BCS Title Game: Duck, Regardless

What to eat during tonight's much-anticipated BCS championship game? Sure, you can grill up bits whatever large animal you have handy, or throw the traditional burgers and brats on the fire. If you're tailgating in Arizona, well, bless you. But regardless of which side you come down on, how you feel about Cam Newton's Heisman season, and how many of your relatives live anywhere near Eugene, the only logical thing for a food-minded person to eat is duck. We do not say this because we secretly have it in for Oregon (the editor of this publication is, after all, a very serious Ducks fan and will probably be suggesting we eat something else entirely after he reads this), but because we believe that any excuse to eat duck at all is a good one. Eat it as homage or revenge, it's up to you.
If you happen to have a duck already, by all means get roasting.
