What to Eat in the Desert: The Coachella 2011 Food List

Coachella 2011 starts tomorrow, so if you, along with a disproportionate number of other people in this town, are currently packing your car with permissible gear (no weapons, no drugs, no flags, no outside food, no stuffed animals) and all your Kanye and Arcade Fire and Interpol t-shirts, you will likely be considering not only your real life playlist but your food.

Courtesy of Food is the new Rock (a side project from Zach Brooks of Midtown Lunch), here is a list of all your desert food vendors. Coolhaus Truck, Pink's, Kogi BBQ, Mr. Cecil's Ribs, Border Grill, and quite a bit more, plus farmers market vendors. Check out the list here and follow along via Twitter @FoodisnewRock. Eat food. Drink water. Don't do anything too incredibly stupid.
