If we were an old-school lonchera, we'd be pissed too. We might look at the wave of nouveau food trucks and think: "All it took was a shiny paint job, a punny name and a Twitter feed?!"

Finally, someone has harnessed all that anger into an easily digestible online format. Tumbler blog Look At This Fuckin' Hipster Food Truck wants to be your clearinghouse for the food truck backlash.
"Deconstructed samosas," "subcontinental Cheetos," cupcakes topped with "$3 sea salt." LATFHFT (now, that just rolls off the tongue) hates them all. As with so many of these things, we suspect this is a case of hipster-on-hipster rage, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the spectacle.
