ABC Pulls Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution: Watch Some Dancing, Drink Some Chocolate Milk

We all don't want to face reality that our food is truly garbage! People are always hungry and the food dye is making us hyper and god knows what else. I never really watch this show much and started catching a episode here or there, but I surely rather watch ths than dancing with the star which is a rig show with bias British Judges that are racial. Back to CBS NCIS!

This is author and columnist, David Lawrence Dewey. I have been writing about the dangers of hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, excess sugar in processed food and other toxins in the food supply since 1996. I was the first journalist to warn consumers about hydrogenated oils and aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, excess sugars in processed foods and other artificial sweeteners in 1996.First, high fructose corn syrup is NOT like sugar as the commercials want you to believe. And HFC is in nearly everything, especially processed foods.I have written an extensive article about this fiasco with the LAUSD school district and I show by actual school menu items, what is in the food the school district is serving and how deadly they are. One lunch item has over 1,400 MG of sodium which exposes that Mr. Cortines posted letter that sodium is kept at 1,100 MG per meal is in error. I also respond to one of the Board Members reply to me. For the record LAUSD’s school lunch rooms and kitchens have always been open to legitimate news media organizations and many have covered the school district’s efforts over the years. LAUSD’s concern over unscripted reality television and the disruption it causes in the classroom was of great concern however, given the District’s past history with similar shows. LAUSD’s invitation to Mr. Oliver still stands. In fact the current superintendent, Dr. John Deasy met with Jamie Oliver to see if there is an opportunity to work together to mutually benefit the children of Los Angeles. LAUSD hopes Mr. Oliver chooses to share his expertise with the district and be a partner on child nutrition issues in the United States. For the record LAUSD never banned Jamie Oliver as he would lead you to believe. He was always welcome to work with our menu committees and chefs. We just didn’t want to be part of a reality television program. To date Jamie has not accepted LAUSD’s offer and it is quite surprised given his public perceived “commitment” to the cause. One has to wonder is the Food Revolution stops when the cameras stop rolling?

I was wondering why my DVR kept recording that garbage show dancing.

This can't be happening ...............I am speechless......

Can it be that sanity has finally broken through, and we're about to go back to basics? Great ingredients, classically prepared by a crew of professionals led by a meticulous craftsman -- someone who's an egomaniacal tyrant only behind closed doors? What a ridiculous idea, but I felt the kids needed to hear it.
