Elements Kitchen Starts Serving Monday Dinner -- For Charity

Instead of staying open for lunch and closing for Monday dinner, Elements Kitchen will flip the schedule in the name of charity. Beginning this month, the Pasadena close for weekday lunch but open for dinner on Mondays, with the evening's proceeds going to local charities.

The first recipient of "Making a Difference Mondays" is Young & Healthy organization, a health care program that provides free medical, dental, psychological and case-management services to low-income, uninsured children in Pasadena schools.
