Instructables
A version of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night," rendered in bacon.
Ever yearned to recreate Vincent Van Gogh's famous "Starry Night" painting in something other than boring, old paint? Of course you have. Now, Instructables teaches you how to do it in bacon with this handy four-step guide. The result is a beautiful piece of food art, albeit one that may not be Trichinosis-free. Call Damien Hirst. For a sequel, we're looking forward to Milk Dud Mona Lisa and a cheddar cheese sculpture of Rodin's "The Thinker." Then we can talk about Dogs Playing Poker.

who really did this piece?  because the instructables is not a step by step.... and the account holder has no other relevant information.

Amazing how versatile bacon is!  And this is really a well-done work of art. I can't wait for the Sistine Chapel in  berries.

Even within the most beautiful landscape, in the trees, under the leaves the insects are eating each other; violence is a part of life. ~ Francis Bacon

Excellent. Cheers to food art: whether it's Francis Bacon, Damien Hirst or Van Gogh...
