Roscoe's is deservedly famous for its chicken and waffles, and Heirloom LA for its lasagna cupcake. Tonight, the Flatiron Truck tries to one-up both of them with a chicken and waffle cupcake. Yes, you read that right.
Guzzle & Nosh Waffle + Cupcake + Chicken = ???
What exactly does a chicken and waffle cupcake look like? We have no idea, but tonight, Flatiron is taking over the stoves at Breadbar as part of the Hatchi Truck Stop series. The menu* includes oxtail mac 'n cheese, corn elote, Mayan turkey with black mole and the aforementioned C&W cupcake. We're as curious as everyone else.
*As usual with the Hatchi events, it's 8 items for $8 apiece.
