Fancy Food Truck Friday in Altadena

Webster's Fine Stationers in Altadena and the Rolling Bistros present their next Fancy Food Truck Friday this Friday, June 10 from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Webster's parking lot on the corner of Mariposa Street and Lake Avenue. The fifth FFTF will feature No Reservations, Shrimp Pimp, Pita Pusher, Knockout Taco, Barbie's Q and Sweet E's Bake Shop. (The truck selection varies from month to month; previous trucks have included Border Grill, Cool Haus and Hungry Nomad.)
"As humans, we are hard-wired to gather around good food," Webster's says on their Facebook-based blog, explaining why they started FFTF.
Dining is family-style, and you can eat there or take your grub home. Free parking is available in the parking lot and on the street. The Webster's shops will be open and offering "special goodies." Get there early because these food trucks are just fancy enough to draw a huge crowd.
