Homeboy Industries, a non-profit gang intervention group, will open its newest eatery, Homebody Diner, on Thursday -- this one inside City Hall.

Founded by Father Greg Boyle in 1992, the organization already runs the semi-successful Homegirl Café near Chinatown and has, in the past year or so, branched out to sell their line of tortilla chips and salsa in supermarkets. (They were even aiming for a concession at LAX.) Doors at Homeboy Diner open on Thursday, June 9th at 10 a.m.

Where: 200 N. Spring St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Screw this group. These guys are thugs and now they will be all around city hall. Wont support this group because there employees are all gang members ( not ex gang members). Cholos are screwing up this city and deserve to live in the communities that they screwed up and hopefully get shot there. Cant wait until the headline reads city worker killed or seriosly hurt by employee of homeboy ind. because you know it will happen because thats what cholos do. They dont deserve anything in life a deserve to live in hell.

What a close minded person you are!  People like you deserve to live on a lsland all alone.  People deserve second chances.  Who are you to judge?  Who made you God?  Maybe you should go back to the country you came from.  I am so glad these guys are given a second chance. I suggest you take a grammer class before you start writing such mean things.  I support Homeboy Diner 100% and will encourage other employees to dine there.
