Tender Greens: Pasadena & Santa Monica Openings

Checking in with Tender Greens, the locally-based salad chain continues to expand with two locations opening this summer. The first, in Pasadena, will open the week of July 7th, pending final inspections. The second, just around the corner from the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, should open the second week of August, if all goes according to plan. Both restaurants will be 100% bottle-less to eliminate the bottle waste and energy that go into bottle production.

Both restaurants will also feature a new design that co-founder Erik Oberholzer describes as "a bit cozier" than the Hollywood and West Hollywood locations. Look for art by Joe Ledbetter and Jerremyville at the Pasadena and Santa Monica locations, respectively.
