Over 4th of July weekend, Brian Lethcoe quietly opened the tap room at Nibble Bit Tabby, his quixotic brewery on the industrial edge of downtown L.A.
The tasting room seats 20 to 30 people and is open every Saturday night from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. (Park and enter in the rear, off 15th Street.) What's on tap? Whatever Lethcoe feels like brewing.
