If you don't make guacamole on a regular basis -- which you really should, given the fact that there are avocado trees all over this town -- you can check out her blog for a recipe. It's a great dish to make with kids: use a potato masher, a molcajete or your hands. It's also perfect nosh food now that the NFL preseason is finally here. (No lockout!
