Tender Greens Opens in Santa Monica

Tender Greens is on an expansion kick. After opening a Pasadena location earlier this summer, the salad-based concept opened its newest outpost this past Saturday. It's in Santa Monica at the corner of 2nd and Arizona, just around the corner from the Third Street Promenade. The executive chef is Rian Brandenburg, a former sous chef at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla.
