Mario Batali Explains it All: Chef-Turned-Advice God on Twitter

Maybe you need a quick sweet potato recipe, or perhaps you're spending Thanksgiving in Vegas and need a restaurant recommendation. Or maybe you just need advice on how to get the weed stink out of your hair. Whatever questions you have, Mario Batali has answers, and lately he's taken to Twitter to dispel them to the masses.

Not surprisingly, this week many people need advice on how to stuff their turkey or how to add finesse to leftovers, but Batali isn't limiting himself to just that. In just the last 24 hours he's recommended ground sausage over biased cut for pizza, advised how long to keep parmesan in the fridge and addressed whether or not he still wears orange crocs.
