Bob Marley's Birthday: Celebrate at Cana
In honor of what would have been the 67th birthday of reggae musician Robert Nesta Marley -- you may know him as Bob -- Cana Rum Bar is hosting a shindig tonight featuring music, good vibes and Jamaican rums.
Guzzle & Nosh Punch at Cana
Sting Wrays, a combo of Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, grapefruit soda and fresh citrus, will be served for $6, while Captain's Blood Punch, made with assorted rums, lime, pomegranate and bitters, will be available for $26 a bowl (that's a 50% discount). DJ kill-devil will spin a mix of Marley's early work, dubs, rare cuts, remixes and covers. 6 p.m. - close.
