LudoBites 9.0 Heads to Hawaii

From March 6-17, LudoBites Hawai'i Nine-0 will pop up at the Hualalai Grille at the Hualalai Resort and Four Seasons. Expect the usual assortment of eclectic small plates, including some inspired by the native flora and fauna of Hawaii. Mahi mahi reduction and macadamia-pineapple velouté, anyone?
If you've got a ton of dough -- $4,620 to be precise -- there's a special four-night LudoBites package at the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai that includes a luxurious room, daily breakfast buffet for two, one dinner for two at each LudoBites Hawai'i Nine-0, Pahu i'a and Beach Tree restaurants and a LudoBites swag bag with two signed copies of Made in America. Additionally, room nights and LudoBites events are available on an a la carte basis. Nightly room rates from $775.
